• 1. AWARDEE Registration
  This registration is for individuals being honored as awardees at the Award Reception & Banquet. (If you are not an awardee and will not be attending the conference, please select option #3.)
  
  Your registration includes one drink ticket, hors d'oeuvres, and a buffet dinner.
  
  There is no cost to register for this, and there are no meal choices to select.
• 2. GUEST of AWARDEE Registration
  This registration is for one guest accompanying an awardee honored at the Award Reception & Banquet. (Any additional guests should select option #3.)
  
  Your registration includes one drink ticket, hors d'oeuvres, and a buffet dinner. Please note, it does not include access to conference sessions.
  
  There is no cost for this registration, and there are no meal choices to select.
• 3. Award Reception & Banquet – $80.00
  This registration is for individuals attending the Awards Reception & Banquet who are not participating in any conference sessions and are not receiving an award.
  
  It includes one drink ticket, hors d'oeuvres, and a buffet dinner. There are no meal choices to select.
