Registration

• 1. Thurs. & Fri. Sept. 11-12 Conference Sessions – $750.00
  This registration is for attendees to participate in both Thursday and Friday's conference sessions. This includes: 3 breakfasts (Thurs., Fri., & Sat.), 2 lunches (Thurs. & Fri.), one ticket to the Thurs. Jacob & Anthony's Social Event and one ticket to the Friday evening Awards Reception and Banquet (including one drink ticket, hors d'oeuvres and buffet dinner). There are no meal choices to select.
• 2. Thursday, Sept. 11 Conference Sessions – $400.00
  This registration is for attendees to attend the Thursday, Sept. 11 conference sessions. This includes: breakfast, lunch and one ticket to the Jacob & Anthony's Social Event. There are no meal choices to select.
• 3. Friday, Sept. 12 Conference Sessions – $400.00
  This registration is for attendees to attend the Friday, Sept. 12 conference sessions. This includes: breakfast, lunch and one ticket to the Awards Reception and Banquet Friday evening (including one drink ticket, hors d'oeuvres and buffet dinner). There are no meal choices to select.
• 4. Thursday, Sept. 11 Jacob & Anthony's Social Event - Guest Registration – $50.00
  This registration is for a guest of someone who is registered for the Thursday Conference Session and wishes to attend the Thursday evening event at Jacob & Anthony's.
